Delete Your Account in the App

Steps:

1. ​Open the KLIXX app

2. Go to Profile 

3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account 

4. Confirm your request

If you are unable to access your account, you can request deletion by contacting us:

Instructions:

1. Send your request, include the username/ email/ or phone number associated with your account.

2. Include in the subject line: "Delete My Account"

• Profile information (name, bio, preferences)

• Photos and uploaded content

• Messages and conversations

• Matches and interactions

• Account credentials and login data

Data Retention

Some information may be retained for a limited period where required for:

• Legal compliance

• Fraud prevention

• Safety and enforcement of our Terms of Service

This data is securely stored and deleted once no longer required.

Processing Time

We process account deletion requests within 7 Days of verification

​

Important Information

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone

• You will lose access to all matches, messages, and profile data

• You may create a new account at any time after deletion
